Rental houses in Delhi comes as a big business option because someone or the other is always searching for houses, either to let them out or to stay on rent in one of them. Flats or apartments or even service apartments in Delhi are easily available on rent depending on your need and your budget. Number of builders in Delhi are undertaking construction of new homes and giving them on rent. To make your work easier, you can contact real estate agents in Delhi and they will get you the best deals.

Delhi has been one of the priority cities in terms of real estate rental investments. But the last couple of month has witnessed a slight drift in the realty trends in the city; as people are seen more enthusiastic to rent or lease a property as this has been seen as a more profitable option with the fairly stable rent status in the past few years. Whereas, there has been a marked rise in the prices of residential and commercial properties in Delhi in the last few years and the rise is still on.

As Delhi is primarily a city with a large population in the financially well-off segment, and seek real estate investments as a viable option; the recent statistics available from the property dealers demonstrate a different picture. The real estate agents in Delhi are of the opinion that in the last couple of months they have done more business in the lease rental deals. Most of the property investments deals have been from the people who are buying property so as to sell their property in the high price market.

There has been a steep increase in the residential rental property in Delhi, recorded between 20 to 25 per cent; with the home loan rates at 9.5 %; an EMI rise of 150-200% has been witnessed. Same has been witnessed in the commercial rental property market which is mainly driven by the retail malls and IT/ITES and BPO units.

Moreover, with the large influx of people flowing in from different parts of the country into the capital city, and also a substantial chunk of the Expat population to count for, the residential rental properties in Delhi are in huge demand. Owing to mostly transferable jobs in the FMCG and pharma sectors, the people in this field usually go for rented properties instead of going for short-term investments.
